The summer before starting 7th grade was filled with lots of late nights. I would stay up until at least 3 am trying to be the most dedicated of all food network addicts. Friends, family & a number of weird exotic animals watched as my future slowly started to reveal itself.
Morning disasters in the kitchen were the product of these late nights. I was definitely ambitious…taking on giant kitchen tasks & learning through experience what works + what doesn’t.
I decided to start reading (the first time I ever did so for pleasure) from my newly acquired cookbook library. My confidence began to build & I was looking for ways to share my love of food with the world! Online was an obvious first step & from the moment I got this website I knew my main goal was to change the world through food.
& each day I continue to work toward my goal.
I am currently living in Austin, TX as a plant-based, gluten-free, pot belly pig owning, cilantro hating, constantly learning culinary ninja.
